Rebuilding Together Southern Tier (RTST) is working with the already established communities and agencies in Broome County to assist in solving this crisis, providing homeowners with the necessary resources to continue to thrive in their homes. There are many opportunities for partnerships, growth, and funding that are already being started, RTST is in a good spot to succeed in carrying out the mission of ‘repairing homes, revitalizing communities, rebuilding lives’.
