Established in 2024, Rebuilding Together Southern Tier (RTST) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit in Broome County, NY. Focused on homeowner-occupied rehabilitation*.

What does that mean?
With aging housing stock and an aging population, increasing assistance for homeowner-occupied rehab, we aim to provide assistance to homeowners to rehab their homes to keep them safe and affordable.

*Homeowner-occupied rehab is sometimes called “critical repair” or “housing preservation”.
